Osiris will not open on XBox1

I purchased Osiris, downloaded it, but it will not open. I have an XBox1. It says I need to complete the primary quest first, but I did that long ago... Is there a trick to make it open? I have never seen the 'planet' on my travel screen, just the icon image.
