It’s been 3 weeks and verse 9 won’t show up and btw it’s my last verse and EVERY week I visit brother Vance and I have no option to get any verse so I can’t get the ghost and emblem now

Brother Vance only offers specific verses every week. You’ll just have to wait until he offers verse 9 again.
