What did you throttle it to? Zero? Signed in, went straight to the lost sector on Mercury (didn't open a single chest on the way), not one faction token for completing it (yes, I destroyed all the cashes). Not only that, but the milestone for looting lost sectors is still at 0% after looting it twice (15 minutes apart from each other). I just don't know what to say anymore...
