You can still get Tokens after the 30 engramms cap and buy every armor piece now (10 Tokens and a few shards each, highest gear requires 10 redeemed engramms to unlock). You can get ALL the stuff + the ornaments in literally one day just by playing public events. Why are you complaining? Because of the cap in general? Who cares. They want you to come back to future events, that‘s the reason. Seems like you didn‘t even played the current rally but continue to complain about issues which do not exist from the previous faction events anymore.
