This "throttle" limit bit us in the butt today, and not just Faction Tokens. Went over to EDZ Winding Cove to see if they patched that Lost Sector. They did, but you can open the chest twice (open it, then exit the "zone" and re-enter the "zone" and open it a second time) and getting 3 tokens, glimmer and XP twice. Then we went and did an adjacent Lost Sector and got nothing (not even Glimmer) when we opened the chest. We also did not get credit for the 3 Supplies we destroyed either. A note on Supplies Destruction MileStone for Faction Rewards. It's BS that the person that destroys them gets credit, not the people in your Fire Team. So if you and a friend are doing Lost Sectors together, your friend shoots all the Supplies, you get NOTHING for your MileStone. This is not how one build up FireTeam play, Bungie.
