I don't understand why anyone would praise them for literally just going back towards Destiny 1. Not saying it's a bad thing, but it doesn,t deserve any praise because it's how the game should have been at launch. Celebrating them for saying they are gonna add ghosts, sparrows and other rewards back into the endgame instead of to the eververse is part of the problem, this update is not even close to enough, it's only the tinest step in the right direction.

Because we're adults who understand that while Smith's team and the studio heads at Bungie -blam!-ed up, Barrett's team is intent on righting all the wrongs with this game. I've said it a million times and I'll say it again, Bungie advertised pretty much everything everyone is complaining about except the shader thing, the XP controversy, and the Eververse fiasco. Majority of the playerbase decided to disregard these issues until the game was released and now pay the price and suffer from the worst kind of buyer's remorse. We also understand that nothing is magically gonna get fixed in a day and will require time. As such, we are also people capable of saying "-blam!- it, take your time, I'm gonna go play more of my library while you right these wrongs, I hope you've learned your lesson. I'll check back periodically." What if I told you its possible to fix things AND deliver new content periodically? It's not a hard concept to grasp and it's one that I have faith Barrett's team can accomplish. But mainly because those that are impressed actually use their critical thinking skills and don't resort to being whiny little bitches considering we've been given a time frame for these fixes. Either shut up, hold them to their word, and deal at this point, or move the -blam!- on. It's pretty simple. Adulting sucks doesn't it?
