Random Weapon rolls would take a hell of alot more to accomplish as code would need to be re-written and the entire game would have to be "Tweaked" in order to restore it all. Unlikely the Bandwagon stupidity you people would display would get jack shit done. You can't just point and click or push a button to make it happen. It would be just as pointless, but please, feel free to waste your time. If nothing else it will be entertaining and afford me a few chuckles.

Well aren't you rude. I wasn't expecting it to be done soon and honestly if it doesn't come back then all I can hope for is the Mod System to introduce perks or stability/range/handling/reload increase perks.
