Destiny 2 Emblem: Stand Together Error

I purchased an item from the Bungie Store on September 21, 2017. I followed the link, received the access code for the emblem, and redeemed the code. However, I have waited a few months now and have not received the emblem in-game. I checked to see if the emblem had been redeemed on my account; however, on My Code History, the emblem does not appear redeemed. When I recently attempted to redeem the emblem again, with the same code, the site tells me the code has already been redeemed. Any suggestions or assistance is appreciated.
