More lies... but I do have my popcorn ready for the uproar after you give us an update.

i wish everyone would kinda relax on the eververse... yes it sucks but lets not lead bungie into thinking THAT is the most important issue cause its not. Lets focus on better pvp, player choice, loot, incentive to plat ETC.
-
Eververse is a big issue though. I do agree that there are a ton of issues that need to be addressed, but we need to push harder at each issue if we want change.
-
True but eververse needs to be at a lower priority compared to the other stuff. Lets fix the game first and make it fun then fix the MTX bullshit second
-
Fixing Eververse is a huge step towards a better game. The entire endgame is cosmetics. Tons ofthe cosmetics that are great are in Eververse. They should be able to be earned in other ways. And the Dawning proved that they want us to spend more money. That’s why Dawning items earned outside of Eververse only broke down into shards to stop people from earning too much bright dust.

shut up

"More lies" May I ask how he lied?
-
Bungie never has listened to the community unless you can prove otherwise. And they have always lied. #remembertwotokensandablue

I replied to the OP stating how DmG lied, which he didn't in any way. In no way did I mention Bungie as a company in what I did. Therefore, everything you just said is completely irrelevant to my post.
-
No, I said Dmgctrl is lying. He said they are listening to the community. You relied to my comment and I responded according as you asked how is he lying. Welcome to the forums.
-
"Listening" Listening to a community's complaints doesn't mean they'll act upon them. Bungie has always listened, but never properly responded or provided a solution that's satisfying to the community. Therefore, he ain't lying at at all.
-
There’s a difference between listening and just responding with the same responses.
-
Edited by ferial56: 1/11/2018 12:52:31 AMWhich is exactly why community managers don't constantly respond to every single post. I don't think the community managers have the authority to release information that hasn't been released yet to the public unless it's been announced in their TWAB and tweets from the higher ups. There has never been a time that information was released here FIRST in the forums themselves. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Anyways, my point stands. DmG hasn't lied, and nothing he said in his post was a deliberate lie.

Only tomorrow will tell. I will be here with my popcorn ready when the chaos ensues.

Edited by ferial56: 1/11/2018 1:22:32 AMIs it salted or buttered? I prefer butter lol
-
Buttered is good. There’s always plenty of salt to put on it.
-
Edited by ferial56: 1/11/2018 1:36:12 AMNo salt for me, hate the flavour, only works on chips.

Listened to the community

How so you know the haven't?

-Eververse -Keeping Mayhem(I understand it was a seasonal event but community wanted it to stay) -Not making endgame content(Raid mainly) rely on rng -Adding reasons to keep playing -Shaders being not consumable or atleast able to be reused from kiosk or something -Making endgame content unique -Random perks (Masterworks is a good start to be fair) -Making Heroic strikes have a point -Better in-game communication and lfg There's more that I can't think of currently. All these are things community has been asking for since the game's been out and yet to happen.

Random perks needs to stay gone btw. Just another artificial carrot on a treadmill. Rather do w out game breaking rng
-
Random rolls need to return or at least 3-5 different set rolls of each weapon. It’s what made the game so playable in the first game. This is a looter btw. And no, Bungie is not listening to you. They never really have. It’s the same routine over and over. They give us something, take it away, give it back to us eventually half as good as it was, and start the cycle again. The game has become all about the cosmetics now. Don’t believe me, then what was the Dawning? And did you notice how they made it so Dawning shaders and loot not from Eververse broke down into shards instead of bright dust? Not a coincidence or a glitch. #remembertwotokensandablue #rememberthedawningofshards
-
Random rolls broke balance and just gave you a carrot to chase and it was rng so you never really "earned" it because it was pure random luck you were given a "god roll" And the dawning was already built in the game prelaunch. Before everyone started crying. Eververse won't and shouldn't go away. It helps pay for the seasonal/weekly stuff. While I agree she needs to be tweaked she's not going anywhere and doesn't force you to buy anything.
-
I don’t think it broke the game at all. It gave people something to strive for even it was rng. Which is something that is lacking with the current game. It gave people more options. Destiny is a looter.
-
I get what you're saying. But trust me "god roll" weps broke the game.
