I know that I've wanted vehicles with bigger maps since the beginning. But y'know they kinda went the other way and made it less people and smaller maps. I understand it from a connection speed/quality perspective, but it still bums me out.
I honestly don't understand why it's been 4 months and counting and we still do not have freaking play mode selection. I don't even care if it means having 15-20 min queue times for Crucible, I'd just like to choose what I play and when.
Watering down of exotics, subclasses, weapons for the sake of Crucible balance is a huge issue that is hurting the game. Having a balanced fair experience for competitions is fine, but that's not for every player. Some of us just like to screw around and spam nova bombs.
I get it - a lot of gamers like competitive play, and watching high level e-sports. There's no reason you can't have both. Re-work competitive play so that the loadout slots and/or weapon rolls are locked based on playlist.
D1 loadout primary/special/heavy - 3v3 playmode
D2 loadout primary/energy/power - 4v4 playmode
Casual play would stay relatively the same, just please for the love of god let us choose the mode.
Ideally it would be great if we could use any weapon in any slot a la Borderlands. However, I don't think that's gona happen so at least they can let us use Snipers/Shotgun/Fusions in the secondary slot if we want to. Sniper Rifles are completely under-used in PVE because they are stuffed in the power slot.
Salt aside - Mayhem was the most fun I've had in D2 since launch, so thank you for that.
