Oryx did leave us blueprints to create the ToM ,as he thought that anyone who could best him is the more powerful ,and that he would respect them
I've always wanted to have Oryx on our side because out of the three siblings he would seem the more negotiable ,Savathûn is Cunning in trickery and the other one is a warrior ,Where Oryx is the explorer or researcher ,hence the hives urge to "research " us

Idk. In a way I would think Savathun would be the one more likely. She did suggest to Oryx what they were doing might be wrong.

True but she does seem to be the likely candidate that's controlling the taken at the moment ,and after the worms were consumed she was the most loyal ,to the point where she killed Oryx to make him come to his senses
