No, it doesn't. See my above comments about the critical risk clause. They're partners, but Activision is the senior partner since they invested more money. Activision can remove Bungle from the project and continue making Destiny games for the remainder of the ten year contract. At the end of that ten years the rights go solely to Bungle. They can then make Destiny content without Activision or their money, or they can renegotiate a new contract with Activision's involvement. The later certainly would not happen if Activision had to remove Bungle due to mismanagement.
