It's funny that dude makes these videos because he knows all you little sheep will eat whatever he's selling. He knows that all he has to do is talk shit about Bungie and Destiny and you'll make the checks come in from the views, but he doesn't stop there. He asks you all to give to his Patreon so he can continue to make a living off of you doing nothing but talking shit.
Do you honestly think he wants Destiny to be better? -blam!- no. If you all were happy, you wouldn't be clicking his shit.
Guessing none of you are bright enough to realize the person he quoted statement starts with "I think" and that he completely misrepresents the content remarks.
Making content IS HARD. That's why you don't give it away for free. You all expect Destiny to constantly be updated with new gear, new weapons, new story, new missions, new raids and you think what? You should get all that forever for $60???
It's a joke.
Yeah, RNG in Eververse sucks. Yeah Bungie moved too much to Eververse, but god damn. It's all available through playing and everything gets sold for Bright Dust that the game pretty much showers on us. I always have 3-5k Bright Dust just from the shit I dismantle in the level up Engrams and I buy emotes all the time as well as other things at times. Don't have to spend a dime.
It's amazing that if all the games that have ever existed... And go scroll through the Xbox or PSN stores right now and tell me out of all the countless games listed, you'd say ''that was a truly great game' or that you'd even contemplate buying... But somehow Destiny owes gamers something and it's personal.
The problem is that Bungie have been so supportive of the community- streamers, YouTubers, artists and even everyday players with giving us these forums to commune with other fans on and so people feel invested. That's not a bad thing. But when that feeling invested becomes, we own this game and get to dictate and -blam!- the devs who suck, then you have to wonder if any developer should embrace their community like Bungie did.
This movement. This post. These hundreds of spam threads are an embarrassment. The fact that anyone thinks this is acceptable and how people should act and treat anyone else is -blam!-ed.
You all pretend to be fans. You're not fans. Fans don't wish for companies and games to fail. Fans don't rip the developers daily because
Joe Asshole on the internet told me I should be mad
You're being taken advantage of and used to make someone rich, but it's not by Bungie. Congratulations.

Edited by Jibunnokage: 1/6/2018 1:14:36 AMI take exception to only one point... Yes, the non-special event gear, weapons, etc... can be gained by game play, the accumulation of dust, sure, but it may take months to achieve, fine. But the limited event items... no, the assertion that that is also possible, is at best misleading. I have tried to get the dawning Gear for all three characters and it is not possible in any reasonable scenario. I have total random drops gotten 1 item of Dawning armor, a class item, that is it! Nothing more. Out of 9 chances I got 1 armor Gear item. So, via dust purchase, a helmet is 1200, Chest is 1200. Arms, Legs, and Class item all 800 so that 2x1200+3x800=2400+2400=4800 per Gear set. I had about 8000 in dust at the start of Dawning, and gained about 1000 over the last 3 weeks by breaking down most of my Ghosts and a few ships. Since initial release I have saved dust routinely, in expectation of the Dawning, I rarely spent it, just an emote or such once in a while. So what is 3 to 4 months of dust collection compared to the cost of close to 15,000 needed? I can't get 3 Gear sets? Is that reasonable, IMHO, it is not. But I am sure views vary. A 3 week event, and I would have to have more than 5 or 6 months of dust saved to have a chance to complete the Gear sets? Really? The above said, I will never purchase Silver, just the thought of doing so, makes me want to heave, so yes, I will not complete the Dawning Gear sets, because I refuse to buy Silver. But to suggest that Dawning Gear can be acquired with reasonable expectation... is a deluded perspective.

Ive spent bright dust and got dawning ship sparrow emote 1 set and ghost. Id say if i just focused on gear with days left i could have got gear for every class. Its really not that hard. If you complain about that though maybe they'll make it easier then you can complain about it being to easy to get.

And Bungie acknowledged they -blam!-ed up and did it wrong and are going to address it going forward.
-
They've only been saying that for the past 4 years. All they did was go backwards
-
Maybe if Bungie did 2 steps back to get 1 step forward... that is still progress. But by my count, they are doing 5 steps backward, 1 step forward and... the 1 step forward is just to get closer to what was lost? LOL.
-
The games in a lot of trouble dude. Been on sale on Xbox live for a month now. For comparison, Call of Duty, Black Ops 3 is still full price after two more entires into the series. Two years later.
-
It was christmas and they dropped a dlc. So they dropped prices to attract new players. Its called smart business.
-
Smart Business? That's working out for the best.
-
Yeah, it's the critics who are being taken advantage of. Buy some more silver. Lol.
-
Oh yea and the reason why u say u have some much bright dust. Which is bullshit, there is no way u are buying shit and keeping 3-4 thousand bright dust. Without buying with real money. Or by playing hours that no average player can keep up with.
-
Are you kidding? You get 100 per ghost. Another 100 per sparrow. Ships are 400-500. Exotic items give more. Here's the secret, you actually have to you know, play the game.
-
To add to that, 480 000 xp later, after your well rested buff is gone. So I assume u have 3 characters, ur saying after 9 engrams, that u will have earned enough eight dust to buy a item u like, a ghost shell or ship or even emote. Yea right dude
-
What's your arbitrary numbers? 9 Engrams? Yeah I have 3 characters and most weeks I get at least 1-2 Bright Engrams a day on each when I'm on. The games been out 4 months. I just dismantled the ships, sparrows, ghosts I've gotten the last 2 weeks where I haven't played as much because of the holidays. 1500 Bright Dust. Shit isn't hard to get.
-
Looking at how much u play this game. It no wonder u get that much. But u are one person u don’t represent the community as a whole. And u never answered, how are u going to defend bungie for monetizing lore, u never acknowledged that. Is that fine to u, it’s something that u and people like u and the lore community just turn a blind eye to. The fact is sols. These are loot boxes, gambling slot machines in a game marketed for teens. And ur ok with that. -blam!- man, what has gaming come to.
-
Monetizing lore?? You know you can read it without buying the shit right?
-
Except you play destiny like it’s the only game on the market. And the fact ur in favour of a loot box end game is crazy to me. Arbitrary? I was just going off the well rested buff and using that as a example. So get off ur high horse. If don’t think u gain 1-2 engrams a day. 1 sure. 2 yea right. U wanna defend ur numbers and what u get. Prove it, next week keep track of all ur engrams and all the shit u get. And come back to me when u get 1500 bright dust😂 ur boosting hard. There are numbers out there that show how long it would take. Back up ur numbers and ideas. Make a chart and show us how u became the god of getting bright dust and engrams. Here u have it people, lost sols, should instead of making destiny music videos. U should make tips and trick videos on how u get so much bright dust.
-
Sols, it cost 3200, for a -blam!-ing emote. Dawning gear cost 800-1600 dust? Exotics ships and ghosts cost anywhere from 1200-2500 I believe, so ur telling me, u got all the loot and still had dust left over. And ur telling me, that ur fine to put that disc in and grind a looter shooter for loot boxes which may or may not contain the things u want? U serious dude?
-
3250 for the exotic dawning one. Figured I’d give you the correct number
-
Yea -blam!-, i wish I was as good as sols at destiny 2 so I could grind bright dust for that emote. While keeping 3000-4000 bright dust at all times (kappa)
-
He has about 100hrs on me, and I know I come nowhere close to having that much dust all the time. Be lucky if I get 100 dust for the week, but I mean I also have slowed down my playtime myself. I barely had enough for the emote only, but that was after months of deleting stuff...
-
He’s bullshitting. We both know and so does he, that he doesn’t get that much dust, he just tried, really badly to prove his own point.
-
https://youtu.be/PNyVaspDFvg Yeah totally bullshitting. Got another 300+ just before that but counter reset flipping screens from ghosts to ships. Sitting at almost 4k and bought an emote yesterday. I've spent 10 on silver since D2 launched and that was 2 months ago.
-
They did the math bud, numbers don't lie. Also, they were lazy about the game play, so there's no reason to grind years for a -blam!-ing ghost shell 😂
-
Edited by Orpheus49: 1/5/2018 1:02:09 AMLol, bungie themselves created eververse because it was too hard to make meaningful content. They literally quoted that themselves on the interview. And Activision ok'd it. That's bungie for ya, but hey. Let's all praise them right? Monetization of happy meal toys over real content. Hilarious

Did they? Link?
