Well this is a video game we are talking about. Not something important. We are talking about a video game.
Well this is a video game we are talking about. Not something important. We are talking about a video game.
their is a point there though. pretty much any job world wide if you're too incompetent for too long, you'll no longer be working there. and if the ones runing the show are the incompetent ones supporting incompetent employees eventually the whole business will be run to the ground.
-
I think you missed the point here.
-
No I didn't. He is trying to spin-off a comparison involving a video game and really dangerous jobs.
-
Edited by xZx Flames: 1/4/2018 2:31:20 PMMaybe that comparison went a little far but the point remains. If people find their job too difficult they might be in the wrong field. Their isn't a bandaid on a cut artiary fix like eververse in other work.
-
Edited by Sploads: 1/4/2018 2:35:09 PMMaybe went too far? Bullshit. This guy knew what he was posting. It really doesn't matter whether or not they are fit for their OWN COMPANY. It isn't your company. It's theirs.
-
I agree, they are a private company and can do what they want. We are the consumers and can scrutinize their company if they make ridiculous comments like that.
-
Edited by Sploads: 1/4/2018 2:45:45 PMYou feel like it's ridiculous? Well I am sorry to tell you I give zero -blam!-s about how you feel. If anything is ridiculous this has to be it: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/241475923?page=0&sort=0&showBanned=0&path=1
-
It is a ridiculous comment. You are basically saying you are not fit for the job you were hired to do. Would you tell your boss that?
-
Bungie make their own product. They are the boss. :/ Not difficult to understand.
-
Edited by xZx Flames: 1/4/2018 3:23:04 PMApparently for you it is. Every place of employment has employment levels. Not everyone who works at Bungie is "their own boss." Is that honestly how you think it works?
-
Edited by Sploads: 1/4/2018 3:31:00 PMI said "bungie": Not who works at "bungie". I mean the sentence was right there in front of you. How can you not see that? Maybe you should stop looking at porn in your basement and read before you post.
Not everyone who works at Bungie is "there own boss." Is that honestly how you think it works?
I know for a fact that there are idiots in this world who like to twist my words around.
-
Edited by xZx Flames: 1/4/2018 3:42:56 PMBungie is a leaving breathing entity that can talk? I didn't know that. OBVIOUSLY, it was someone AT bungie who make the comment. Apparently there are those who don't understand that humans speak words. You will get there. NOT everyone at Bungie is responsible for making content. Apparently there are those who don't understand that either. We a writer says "Bungie said this" they do not me literally. I am surprised I have to explain that to you.
-
Edited by Sploads: 1/4/2018 3:52:23 PMDead wrong. Your entire comment is basically rambling. I don't work at bungie. Firstly Second The only thing that is obvious right now is that you have run out of excuses to bash a game that was meant to be played. Thirdly, Bungie is a company. Not some arbitrary group of people, an entire company. You obviously don't know anything about Bungie since you implied that only the content makers are part of Bungie or any company in general. You are talking out your ass. You are also trying to troll me which is futile.
-
I am convinced you don't know how to read and have no idea how business works. I never said you worked at Bungie, nor would I ever assume that. How did you get that from what I posted?
Thirdly, Bungie is a company. Not some arbitrary group of people, an entire company.
Yes, Bungie is a company, and YES they ARE made up of an arbitrary group of people. Groups of people ARE WHAT MAKE BUSINESS AND COMPANIES. How do you think they operate? Do you think Bungie is some god like entintity or something? Who do you think does the work that makes the games. PEOPLE who WORK for Bungie. The people who work at Bungie are NOT Bungie. When they complain about the difficulty in content creating, Bungie hired the wrong people for that job. Are they allowed to do that, absolutely. Are they obligated in any way to make changes in anyway, no. But that doesn't mean that keeping these people on ISN'T stupid and as consumers we are allowed to critize. Bungie (and all other businesses) are split up into departments. Have you never had a job? Bungie has a live team, content creators, writings, artists, directors, programmers, etc. Not all of these people would complain about difficulty in making content. If this is something you don't understand by now there is no hope for you. The absolute assininity of your comment, is mind boggling.
-
Edited by Sploads: 1/4/2018 4:35:58 PMDo you know what arbitrary means? Edit: I know it doesn't mean that bungie isn't an entire company rather than a small group. You have required reading to do.
-
The way I used it would be a synonym for unspecified.
-
It wasn't the way I used it. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡° ) Please read before you post.
-
Edited by xZx Flames: 1/4/2018 4:40:45 PMDoesn't make your post any less asinine and I did read your post, the whole thing. People are what makes up a company. That point remains. Read my whole post, you obviously didn't if that is what you are focussing on. You obviously not reading mine.
-
Actually it does. You clearly didn't read the 2 meaning of the word. We were talking about this : This is you "It is a ridiculous comment. You are basically saying you are not fit for the job you were hired to do. Would you tell your boss that?" I said bungie is boss.
-
If you are too stupid to realize that Bungie isn't a boss I don't know what to tell you anymore. Bungie has people who are bosses. The company itself is non-existent without these people and in and of itself, is no boss. Good luck to you man, you are going to need it when you enter the career world if you think the place you work for is your boss and not the person ordering you around.
-
They are. They are the boss of their game. They own it obviously they are the boss. Man this is awkward.
-
Edited by xZx Flames: 1/4/2018 10:36:25 PMThis isn't awkward. First off, Activision owns Bungie. So if we are going to treat business entities like people ACTIVISION is the boss of Bungie. So your own statement is wrong, as stupid as it is. Second, the entity Bungie (which is owned by Activision) owns Destiny. The direction the game takes is 100% dictated by the people working on it. Seriously dude, how do you not see that. If no one worked at Bungie would we have a game? NO. Its because the people that work for Bungie make the game. The CONTENT CREATORS at Bungie complained about making content. Please explain to me logically why the artists, computer programmers, janitors, accountants, or other employees who work for Bungie would complain about content creation. Please, do explain.
-
Edited by Sploads: 1/4/2018 11:11:50 PMYou are putting words in my mouth. I am just gonna swipe left on your comments and call it a day.
-
Never put words in your mouth. A business entity is never a boss. I sorry you cannot grasp that. Muted.
