Ophidian Aspects (OA) seem to stop applying to kinetic weapons after switching weapons.
How to reproduce
1.) Equip OA
2.) Reload Kinetic
3.) Switch Weapons
4.) Reload Kinetic again; view disparity
As a note, this seems to be specifically a bug with it after switching weapons - you can 'refresh' your OA effect by changing gauntlets to something else and then back to OA, thereby restoring the Kinetic reload speed until you switch weapons again.

Good catch...i was able to repeat the bug with your steps. Hope they can address this in the upcoming patch.

lol. hey Bungie are you hiring game testers? If you are outsourcing it, are you looking for a new contractor? I think I know where we could field the talent. Any guardians out there in to contract law, accounting, HR, etc?

Bump, cause having to switch gloves repeatedly to use the exotic effect, is dumb. Bring attention, so this can be fixed on the next patch.
