Hi,
I have a problem with my auto rifles keep getting jammed and stop shooting for a moment in the crucible. I'm just shooting and then my guardian put the gun down in the middle of it for no reason. And before I can take aim again you can imagine I die a lot. Just because my gun stops shooting.
First I thought it's a bug with "origin story" rifle, as my team mate told me he has the same problem with this gun. But then my "Uriels gift" did it too. Is anyone else having these problems? Can someone take a look at it? It's incredibly annoying

Yeah mine just stops shooting, thanks bungle.
-
Yeah happens pretty frequently. It's not your controller, I think it's a bit of bungie server correction and noticeable because autos are used more frequently in D2.
-
Happens to me too. And no, it's not me sprinting.
-
This happens to a lot got a new controller and it still happens May be I am pressing the controller too hard and sprinting will give that a go and see
-
Thx guys, I thought about faulty controller or that maybe I press the joystick harder and start running. But I don't run. And it only happens in PvP, never happened in PvE. And my team mate told me he had the same problem with the "origin story" rifle. Then he changed guns and he says it's ok now

It might be your controller. I had a similar issue a while back. Try out another game with similar controls and see if the issue persists. If so, you'll need a new controller

It may be because you are trying to sprint and sometimes the game accepts that you want to sprint and puts gun down for the animation and sometimes aimer stays up and you can shoot. I duno used to happen to me once every several games then i made sure i dont sprint when aiming and hasnt happend since.

Putting the gun down? That's incredibly weird. I've never had something like that happen to me before, so next time it happens could you record a clip of it or something? I don't know if you have been doing it, but I believe holding onto a certain button will have you put the gun down as if you were just sitting around (I think it's the reload button, although don't quote me on that) Another potential issue with the jamming could be that you are trying to burst fire the weapon. Auto rifles are incredibly stupid in destiny 2 where trying to burst fire the weapon gives a delay between shots. It's not very long, but it's enough to mess with your firing. Make sure to show a clip next time it happens.
