Masterwork weapons are pointless

So as i got my first 11 cores and put them into a weapon of choice... it gave me +10 in reload. Not bad but I thought about re-rolling it to get impact or a higher stat bonus! Right? I mean +10 on reload... won’t even be noticeable. So before I wasted 3 cores on a roll I decided to look up online what option I had. And after seeing what a masterwork bonus is... I have decided masterwork is POINTLESS. see below: First). Impact can only roll for swords snipers or fusions Second). The max stat bonus you can get is 10. And you can even get a 5... LOL. SERIOUSLY BUNGIE? What coulda been something so cool to give variety to guns in this game... you have turned into a colossal RNG grind fest, that when all said and done, is a total waste of time and, will not even be a noticeable difference for whatever weapon is a masterwork What BUNGHOLES have basically told all of us is this... “we will make you think we are giving you the ability to tinker with your guns, but in reality... we want to keep things Static because it makes our job easier to balance it this way”. This is all smoke and mirrors people. Any hope of this game being fixed is dying by the second. Edit: anyone thinking I missed they create orbs... see below: It’s not a big deal. Some orbs on the ground, when supers in PVE are used at specific points in a strike or raid, or whatever activity you are doing. Not at every single opportunity you get. Most the orbs are going to be left behind. If I had to guess, I’d say 20% of the orbs you actually create (beyond the initial phase of an activity) will actually be used. Now in PVP the orbs may be a bit more useful, however you have to remember Orbs disappear when you die. So how many will you actually be picking up? The orb aspect is a plus, but a very small one. In general the biggest appeal to masterworks was the stat bonus, and that is extremely pointless
