Clearly Heroic Strikes are broken then. Hmm that's so strange.. I ran about 20 the other night, got two exotics to drop (not using 3oC). Maybe using 3oC causes Exotics to just not drop in general on Heroic Strikes? I mean I really don't know what to tell you or what you'd be arguing at, because clearly, Heroic Strikes do drop Exotics - albeit the drop rate on them (and every activity) appears lowered than it was before 1.1.1.1. So yeah! Good luck getting your Exotics!
