Where did they say three of coins isn't affecting heroic strikes? What I'm reading is that heroic strikes and strikes have the same drop rates

Someone doesn't understand rng! 3oCS have been working fine for me. The problem isn't that they are not working, its that a 50% increase to a very tiny number is still a very tiny number, and there is no scaling with the simplicity of the coins.
