He's right about one thing tho, they obviously do not test things properly. Otherwise all that Prometheus Lens shite wouldn't have happened. There's not many other reasons this went unnoticed on DLC release. The guy does come off pretty screechy though, I agree.

Can you show me where this was stated, because my interpretation is "yes it's working, but heroic strikes have a lower chance than they should". More than likely this was caused when they updated the strikes to increase exotic drops. It's very doubtful that they have a "buffed and unbuffed" table for all activities. Although you don't seem to have the ability to think for yourself, so this will probably go right over your head.

I can tell you are a "in the box" kind of thinker. They never started that the heroic drop rate is to low. For all you know, the fix is going to be lowering regular strike drop rates.
