You're dead-on about the Eververse stuff - that shit would be sorted out the same day. It's also the same with weapons, items or abilities that are too fun or effective, things like Karnstein Armlets or shoulder charge get nerfed for no reason whatsoever, meanwhile ENTIRE WEAPON ARCHETYPES like pulse rifles, side arms and submachine guns are just sitting around, being almost entirely useless.
