You're still throttling xp too. Fix that as well. Don't say you're not, or that it's fixed. I ran hours of testing in public events. Winding cove, for example on the EDZ - first event 2450xp, second 2000. Repeating events yields the lowest number of xp unless you take a break for lord knows how long in between.
