If you read reviews made by bungie workers you would know qa is ignored / not forwarded because scared to not get the contract renewed. Who dares to adress an issue is fired next month. Go figure 😉

They have QA testers, I think the problem is that everyone at Bungie seems to be terrified of being critical of one-another or their own work, so blatant problems just get pushed out due to everyone being too chickenshit to do anything about it out of feat or rustling the feathers of someone else.
