Something still seems off, but I do appreciate that at least a response was made. I was sitting there for awhile thinking "huh... The forums are flooded with talk of broken 3oc, why no word from Bungie?" So... Thanks for saying something. I do however agree with the sentiments other players have about disclosing percentages and what not - we're able to find them in Diablo and games of the like, why not Destiny? It would certainly help in the conversation of what is and isn't working, having this information readily available... Otherwise you'll have the community making their minds up about mechanics purely on playing experience, and no way of trusting what you say means anything (especially after the XP throttle...).
