Glad you guys are looking into it. Wah wah wah, I played for an hour and didnt get an exotic. Like what do you guys want? An exotic every chest so you have them all then whine about having them all and not having anything to chase? Yah, 12 hours and none is excessive but really if 4 hours is "one sitting" of gaming, you really should only see 1 exotic in this time. Because they are special and exotic... And if you give more than they are not.
