When I spent 800 legendary shards on 3oC and ran mostly HEROIC strikes, and come to find out their 50% buff didn’t work and its THEIR fault, yes, yes I want a refund on shards.

They didn't say it doesn't work, they said there's no increase compared to regular strikes. So basically you're wasting your time running heroics with 3oC so they're going to change that to give you a higher chance in heroic strikes than vangaurd. I mean 3oC was a rip off from the start but it sounds like it's working how I understood it from the beginning. Exotics are mostly bs anyways so why waste money on them?

So a hotfix doesnt mean they are going to fix something? Fix = NOT working as intended. As usual, Bungie shipped something that does not work properly, so they have to fix it. Sorry, but my request stands.
