Latest patch brings about the latest frame rate drops

Running around on Mercury, just like I was the other day for prophecy weapons. Lo and behold today after the patch there's framerate drops again. I'm running 60 fine, then literally for no reason it drops to 30 FPS. which means aiming guns goes all wonky. The only options to temporarily solve this issue is 1. Wait for it to go back up 2. Alt-Tab out then back in, and it magically goes back to 60FPS. Bungie, what the hell do you do every patch that causes random maps to have frame drops? last week it was the mercury-past crucible map which meant I had to not play osiris quickplay since that map is 50% of the rotation. This patch it's PvE Mercury getting framedropped.
