Eververse items missing

Bought two 50 dollar packs got a lot of the new ships and sparrows but when they were sent to the postmaster they dissapeared completely, some things were there but the things i wanted completely dissapeared i did all of the steps that are in the missing items page on the website BUNGIE PLEASE HELP ME
