While viewing any page in the forums, pulling down should refresh the page; however, doing so simply reloads whichever forum topics are currently showing. I have to go to the All Topics section and back to the subforum I was at in order to refresh it now. This also causes some threads to appear more than once after scrolling down. I have cleared the cache and uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail.
