Curse of Osiris is short and disappointing
Curse of Osiris is short and disappointing. It takes about 2 hours to complete all content. This is not an expansion. This is bullshit.
It is literally 5 story missions and 3 adventures. 2 hours max content. When the 'raid lair' comes they said that will be roughly 45 minutes.
Whole "expansion" < 3 hours.
Bullshit
**And to the people saying I haven't played it or I have no characters on my profile. You're clearly blind. Also play on 2 platforms. PC Primarily. PS4 was just for launch.

So YouTube all day, play games, and go online and scroll memes and complain on Bungie.net. Just get up right now, and go upstairs and do the dishes and clean the house. Most of you probably live in an apartment, and that is fine. Clean the apartment right now. Take out the trash. Do the laundry. If you have a yard go clean it up. Your mom shouldn’t have to do [b]EVERYTHING[/b] when she comes home from working all day. And when she does come home tonight, hug her and thank her for all of her hard work. I’m sure you have probably never thanked her for anything because you just expect her to do everything for you. 41 RepliesComparison of $20 DLC's Dark Below: 3 story missions, some endgame, an abbreviated raid. House of Wolves: 5 story missions, some endgame, a horde mode. Curse of Osiris: 6 or 7 story missions, some endgame, a highly abbreviated raid. I'd say it's comparable to its predecessors. Yeah, go on. Call me BDF for pissing on your stupid mindless hate orgy.

I haven’t finished the last one yet.) So by my count that’s 8 story missions? Which I’m pretty sure is the most of any small destiny expansion, and it’s about half of what the d2 main story has. I get that there are lots of things to complain about with curse of Osiris, plenty of them valid. But campaign length isn’t really one of them.

I'm not really in the mood to complain but did anyone else get the impression from the reveal stream that the Infinate Forest would be part of the patrol area? I don't remember them saying it would only be used for campaign and adventures.

I agree it isn't long enough but I don't agree it's too short. It's has more campaign content and lore than any other DLC to date. It wasn't long enough only because it was so good that I didn't want it to end. Best cinimatics of any DLC to date.

I don’t understand where all of the vitriol is coming from...this was longer and more involved than TDB and HOW. Remember playing everything backwards for $20? While I think $15 would have been a fairer price, the only reasonable outrage I can see is cutting the non-DLC purchasers out of multiple vanilla activities. I’m not one of them, but that is pretty douchey and slightly predatory.

1 ReplyMy only “complaint” was that the infinite forest gets pretty tedious. This is amplified if you happen to run the adventures after finishing the story. It’s just slightly different variations of the same thing over and over. Overall the story missions were pretty fun. Pretty easy though. (And did they get rid of dark zones? - always seem to be able to just respawn...)

There's a reason they called it the "Infinite Forest." If you take into account all the times they send you back in there with it's randomized enemies, you realize it's shorter than you think.
