Window 1: using the Xfinity speed test tool shows a download speed of 12.62 mbps
Windows 2 and 3: using third party speed tests indicate an actual download speed of ~1.1mbps to services outside of Comcast.

I dunno, my router can only handle 1 attobit per second before bandwidth caps out, so I doubt I'll see much in the way of metering.
