Yes ding dong... I've heard of a questionnaire/research page. But i'm sure I'm not the only one who was unaware Bungie had one. Why would I of bothered to look for such a page given the lack of response from Bungie in their own forums, and that they have no customer service number or department, other than a few mods/mentors copying and pasting the same pre-made responses?

Well "ding dong", your entire point is invalid. You claim they don't listen and there's no way to communicate with them... and yet there is. I've used it. I works. They've even responded to me. So again, what is your point Mr. "worked for multi-million dollar companies as a product manager"? Oh, and here is their impossible to find phone number (425) 440-6800 Give 'em a call and cry your river of tears.

And yet there it is..... at the very bottom of the page in small letters. Gee it really stands out! If you knew anything about website viewing habits you'd know that people generally look at the top of a page, and around the middle. That's where the best ad placement is on websites (and the most expensive). And if you think my entire post is invalid, you obvious lack the brain cells to comprehend it, in its entirety. You've used it before and it works? But yet the forums here and on reddit are blowing up with dissatisfaction. So either they aren't listening to feedback from people who are signed up, or... as I said... people are unaware of the page, or aren't being asked to give input on major changes beforehand, making my point perfectly valid. From what I've observed on the forums, and in interviews... it appears the development team calls a lot of the shots with decision making. Worst move possible. If ANYONE, that's the job of the Sales & Marketing department, and the product manager working with Sales & Marketing. The devs should be told "This is what you are going to make, or these are the changes people want!". There was one product my team worked on, where unfortunately, the devs were calling most of the shots because one of the founders of the company was a developer and decided to head the dev department. So the CEO gave them a shot. Know what happened? 2 years and about 10 mil wasted. And believe me... we fought with the CEO 6 months into it. He regretted not listening when the product flopped and the shareholders wanted to know why. Anyway... i'm just trying to give solid advice, from experience, and you're only offering troll-like responses. So in other words.... Ciao!
