4/5, D1 was way better. It's better then any other game that came out this year that wasn't a remake, but that isn't saying much, I should find a different hobby...

What else is there to say, this game is drier than kneecaps in the winter. There’s nothing special about anything in the game. There’s no hype. I missed the feeling and excitement of having a god-roll drop. I miss playing hours and hours grinding for GOOD exotics. I miss playing countless hours for good tier armor. This is repetitive but the game gives me no reason to play.

I’m banking on curse of Osiris bringing some replay-ability

4/5 The game has truly been fun for me. I will never give anything a perfect rating, because nothing will ever be perfect. That includes Destiny. The Token system feels cumbersome. But really, it's identical to the system we had in Destiny 1. The major difference is that we now have to perform an additional action to convert the Activity Completion Credit into Faction Reputation. This was originally handled for us. Unfortunately, this lends itself to the gacha game genre. I'll be fine with this, as long as they don't break into the realm of selling Faction specific tokens for Silver or Bright Dust. The direction this game is heading with it's microtransaction trends, is to further emulate the addictive nature of gacha phone games. One such premium item used in those games, is an item that refreshes a timed-delayed activity (such as a weekly Powerful Engram Milestone), allowing players to complete them again for another chance at a Powerful Gacha. A YouTuber named Rifle Gaming found a series of items that were data mined from Destiny 2 that had to deal with Vex Time Manipulation in their names, and provided benefits such as... Reset Weekly Nightfall Completion. No thought went into my assumption that this would be a Premium Eververse item. If this does happen, my rating will drop to a 2/5, for the shame I will feel for Bungie.

For the first four weeks it was about a 4. However after that it sinks to about a 2.5 for me.
