Are there plans to complete at least a second cycle of the Optimacy purchase rotation for PC players when Osiris comes out or is Bungie going to be satisfied trying to exploit people into last minute Silver purchases in vein hopes of gambling their way to completing the set before it's gone forever? As it stands, the whole set will have only cycled through once on PC which, given that it will be gone forever with Osiris, seems a little bit -blam!-ed up. Only one piece will have seen availability via Bright Dust more than once; it's kind of ridiculous compared to how much longer the Consoles had it available. If you're going to retire a cosmetic set permanently you could at least give the platform that launched two months late a little more chance to earn it without just resorting to gambling.
