The codes are redeemed on the Bungie.net account that they're redeemed on, not on the accounts linked to those. Your emblem is attached to the Bungie.net account, not the Battle.net ID, so you'll need to recover access to your other bungie.net account. If you orphaned it within the last 90 days, you're good, but beyond that, you're entirely out of luck and nothing will be done. If you can, reclaim the account with the emblem on it and link both your Xbox and your Battle.net account to it, not the other way around. Good luck.

  • The account was deleted when I linked my Battle.net to my primary account. The system did it. I was not told it would delete my emblem I thought what I bought would have transferred since I paid for it. I have one half of the emblems I ordered the other is on that old account that is gone now.

  • The account was not deleted, it was orphaned, there's a difference. If you did this change within the last 90 days, you can recover it. However, if you redeemed the codes on two different Bungie.net accounts, then they're stuck on those accounts, they will not be transferred over to consolidate them to one account.

  • The account was deleted. There is no way to access it, and even if there was, I applied the heart emblem to the main account when everything was done, so I would be losing that emblem if I linked my battle.net to the old one. This happened less than 2 hours ago. Thanks for your opinion, I'l wait for a mod to reply. Since I bought this code it should be on my account and not the dummy account. There should be measures in place to fix this.

  • Dragonwithin is correct here. When you linked your accounts to your current profile, you will have pulled them from their previous profile, causing it to be orphaned. This profile is still recoverable following the steps listed in the article below. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12130 However, you cannot remove redeemed items from one profile and place them on another. Basically, if you have redeemed codes on multiple profiles, you’ll have to choose which profile you want to keep as your primary profile and use that. Whatever codes were redeemed on your other profile will remain unusable.

  • These codes are tied to the profile they were redeemed on. An item redeemed on your Bungie profile will still be usable on all Destiny accounts linked to that profile. If you want to use that item I’d suggest linking your accounts to the profile once again.   • You still have it on pc if you recover the account. There is no way to have those two emblems shared by all your platforms. Be more careful next time.

  • I do not have it on PC because I redeemed the Heart of the Foundation emblem to THIS profile after linking, so if I pick one I lose the other, the other item which I PURCHASED. So if youre not a mod don't reply. This is an issue with purchased content. I paid money, Its on one of my accounts which the system had orphaned and I was not aware doing what the page said would make me unable to move what I bought to the main account. Be more careful? How about the website words things properly? I assume that if I bought something, I own it, and can use it, but I guess the website can delete my account and separate things I own?

  • The only alternative is to have Planet of Peace on the xbox and Meridian of Destiny on the PC. By the way, a MENTOR already responded. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12131 "IMPORTANT: When redeeming a platform code, players should ensure they are redeeming it on the account they wish to access the Destiny content on. Bungie will not replace codes redeemed on the incorrect account and cannot guarantee support of a platform's game sharing features across accounts."

  • I thought it was merging the accounts. That mentor did not help me it was just a standard "I dont care if you paid money, even though our website Isn't clear about linking accounts and doesn't merge purchase history, what you paid money for is of no consequence to me, so I will reply with this robotic statement of the rules and you just need to deal with that." I purchased something from the Bungie store and I do not have it on my account. Thank you for your reply.

  • I did. They said they are a third party group that has no power and can't do anything but "make sure you got your package." They also said "We cant give you another one because your account cant redeem two of the same code" Basically theyre low paid awful outsourced tech support that responds quickly but doesn't even try. They wouldn't even give me a link to the forum to report my issue directly. They said "Any more direct help will not be provided." They even use fake first names.
