Here you go Bungie. I'm doing your job for you. You guys should hire me? 😎😉
Sound off if you get other disconnect errors as well!
I get booted by my friend Weasel every hour! It's not my brand new modem or flawless internet connection k thanx bai.

Ever since the patch in the beginning of Nov, Weasel has been tearing Destiny 2 apart. Everything worked flawlessly up until that god forsaken patch. I have 150mbps internet. Brand new modem. $4,000 custom PC and ONLY Destiny 2 crashes like this. Bungie fix your servers/connection issues!!!!!!

Nice one, in before we get the help link on how to solve connection issues on our end..

I got constant weasel errors ever since release, and I went through the entire trouble shooting guide at Bungie. However, MisterExotic suggested switching my combination cable modem/router into bridge mode and use a separate router. It turns out that has solved my problems and I have not had a weasel error since. I am assuming my combo modem/router is simply dropping packets due to a slow processor and switching it into bridge mode allows it to focus solely on translating coax signal into bits (and thus letting my other router dedicate to network switching). It may sound banal, but try switching your cable model into bridge mode; just make sure you have a separate router and/or wifi-access point on hand if you need them.

I get mostly babboon on ps4 with wired connection and around 25 ping happens with any amount of anything connected on same network also get weasels omce inawhile too
-
Have you tried another console?
-
Try doing a traceroute and pinging everything before it.
-
If you tried everything, you will unfortunately have to wait for a patch and HOPE that fixes it.

Edited by mmarkster: 11/22/2017 9:36:37 AMHave you done a stress test on your network? On a Windows computer open Command Prompt then type
ping -t bungie.net
While it's pinging open your Internet Browser and run a Speed Test on speedtest.net. While the test is going, look at Command Prompt. The only thing normal you should see is a huge spike in milliseconds. If there are time outs, then something is wrong. Just did this recently. I sent a total of 143 packets. Sent and received 143, 0% packet loss. 11ms min, 945ms max, 85ms avg Speed test: 237.14 Mbps Down, 10.69 Up. What are your results?
