Gun mod to reslot?
When I get 15 slot 1 (kinetic) guns and 2 slot 2 guns (elemental), it would be nice to be able to make a slot 2 pulse rifle into a slot 1 pulse rifle for instance... Is it possible to do this? If it is, could it be made available to happen earlier in game?

I do think it would be cool to replace a kinetic mod with an energy mod and visa-versa (power weapons not included), however this could lead to some potentially OP load-outs... Uriel's Gift with Last Hope. There are probably more balancing concerns with allowing this than we probably realize, although I do think that it could be possible to achieve... possibly adjusting DPS capabilities depending on the ammo type being used (kinetic vs energy).
