I bought the Destiny 2 Deluxe Digital Edition sometime back using my Xbox live account. I have an Xbox One. Both my son and I have been playing the game just fine; however, when the Osiris expansion was available, only I seem to be able to access the content. When he tries to access the content from the director, Xbox wants to take him to the store to buy it. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling expansion 1 Osiris under his account but no luck. I cannot find anything about this and Microsoft phone support told my son we should be contacting Bungie or Activision. Has anyone else come across this issue?

Curse of Osiris expansion does not come out until December 5th. License sharing is also a console feature that Bungie does not support nor have troubleshooting for. You will need to continue working with Microsoft for assistance.
