YouTube couldn't give less of a shit, unfortunately. Those videos bring in the views and thus the big bucks, and so they have no genuine incentive to try and stop them.

    Youtube have actually already released a statement regarding the issue. They're going to try and stop the algorithm from promoting these videos. Could mean there's something more to this, but it could also just be YouTube covering their asses, since no parent would want their child to use a platform that hosts and promotes that kind of content.
