Super animation + Arrow speed + Tethering = More then enough time 2 kill the hunter who shadow shot u. lol

It's more about the "set up" for tether than getting kills with it. Meaning, looking for opportunities to tether as many enemies as possible by surprise, shutting down enemy supers, controlling important areas, or stopping the enemy's momentum to regain control of the match. Once you start using tether as an extremely powerful tool rather than a weapon then you'll find it to be super effective.

Edited by ArillatheMun: 11/21/2017 11:24:46 AMClan mate solo'd the enemy Crucible team. He took note of his radar. Listened to his team mates say "they're all stacked in there". He tossed his tether, then proceeded to melt every single one of them with his better devils while they all were unable to do a thing about it. I'd say it's fine. You just are using it re-actively rather than proactively.

Smart hunters don't use shadowshot like a purple goldengun. If you have time to kill the hunter that tethered you, he -blam!-ed up.

Really when they get around to the third skill line, shadow shot should just fire a projectile that causes a void explosion on impact like novabomb's lance.... Honestly I wish the hunter could do some of the things that the void walker could do, eating a grenade or super charging it sounds awesome...

Or they aim it at an enemy and kill me with it.

My best tethers were when I anticipated, not reacted to the enemy. That being said I just wish that if you actually hit a guy with it, they died and didn't shoot you in the face.

Use Orpheus rig and you'll be op as -blam!- in PvE

Use it pre-emptively as a trap. The tether speed is the biggest issue imo, that shit needs to get shut down asap
