P.S Already answered, thanks! My 3rd character cannot join any faction, simply because there's no Faction Milestone which ask me to talk to each of the faction NPC. I've tried relogging, restarting game, Changing character, and it's been 2 days already. "Different topic but could be the cause, after finishing the campaign, the game told me to speak to Ikora, Cayde, and Zavala, and apparently Zavala should've gifted me an Exotic (which I didnt take, because I want to up my power for a bit) and the Exotic engram was gone after I pressed esc. Talking to him again didn't give me an option to take it." After playing 2 characters before this, I'm pretty sure the faction milestone will show up after I talk to Zavala,Ikora, and Cayde, and go to Orbit. but not on this 3rd character. Any help/suggestion will be really appreciated. Or anyone else having the same problem?
