Can Not Play Destiny2 Error code: chive

I followed through the troubleshooting steps, but my game is still now working. I tried to update my graphic driver but it is up to date, just like my destiny2. The scan and repair also did not work. Can some one help me out here plz. I want to do the raid with my friends. QAQ The Error Code Is chive.
