Hi there,
Are you still encountering this issue? Have you already attempted any troubleshooting steps?
If you have not already, you may want to try the following troubleshooting steps:
1) Close and relaunch the Destiny 2 client and Blizzard application
2) Delete your existing CVARS.xml file using the guide here: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/46407

So deleting the file appears to have fixed it, but what caused it? Will I have to do this periodically?
