I mean, we're about to elect a guy into our senate who has several sexual assault on a minor accusers that he claims to not know despite signing one's yearbook (and he was banned from a mall in the 80s for stalking girls) so I'd say we're pretty amazing. Hell, evangelicals in the state that are about to elect him were polled and about 30% said the sexual assault charges make them more likely to vote for him.
So yeah we're a country that supports folks who sexually assault women and minors and elect them to lead us. America is pretty much top notch.

If anything, these kinds of elections are based off of what the general consensus believes. Even if it makes us look terrible as a whole towards everyone in the world, who cares about their opinion? They aren't Americans so their opinion about our country doesn't matter.
Being extremely sarcastic btw. My family outside of America is advocating me studying out of the country and joining the brain drain movement.
