I'm going to make a very large detailed post with video proof of this issue later today. Hopefully it gets enough traction that they take responsibility for this and actually start communicating and fix this mess.

Link your post on their Reddit as well. Ask them to reply with proper rig info / dxdiag. The thing is, the stuttering was objectively worse post-1.0.61 patch so many people probably just accepted the half-assed fix of 1.0.62. We need them to realize that issues like these are unacceptable for an expensive triple A game.
