Frame rate stutter

After hotfixes, when Vsync is set to 60 or off the frame rate frequently drops into the 50s making the game look like its going in slow motion for a second or 2 making it impossible to ignore. When set to 60, the game will somethimes drop to 30 FPS and stay locked at 30 FPS for a few minutes before continuing the now normal stutter.

    • I've had a lot of the same issues, with v sync off it's similar in the way that it may drop below 60fps even though my gpu usage or any other usage for that matter isn't high enough to account for it.
