Investigate Bug at Tower
The investigate button for this piece of lore in the Tower is seemingly bugged out and not letting me investigate.

But I can't tell who--pretty much the whole thing is redacted, and there are whole pages missing. Something about all this seems wrong. Am I worrying too much?"-- ghost.
