General Chat/Social Channel
Hello! This is my first post, and I take it this is a feature from the last game- feels very consoley I have to say as a PC gamer.
Can we please have a regional or general chat channel so that we can socialize with one another in the Wild? It would make public events and questing with strangers fun and give more of an ability to establish bonds and friendships.
I don't know how veteran Destiny players will feel about this but on a PC game it just feels really strange and lacking.
In the very least why do we not have a Clan channel? For raids, pvp, help? etc..
Loving the game so far, but yeah, if there is any glaring improvement that could be made, I think it would be this!

Maybe it worked out well for consoles, i wouldn't know, but my excitement for the game has been gone in less than 1 week after i started playing, as i was looking for a clan to join so i can start doing group content and learn more about the game. Immediately got disillusioned and disappointed when i found out i couldn't communicate with players around and even those that sent me clan invites. Don't get me wrong, i know how to join/leave a clan, this not about that. However i'm that kind of person that would like to get to know someone just a tiny bit someone before hand. Edit: Wow... Reading some the comment below just to find out there isn't even a clan chat. I'm speechless...
