for the first time today, since these stutters are getting worse my menu was affected after quitting a pvp match half way through (4 randoms vs 4stack sigh...) any how if i moved the mouse slowly it didn't affect me that much, but if I moved the mouse very fast it would get seriously bad to the point it looked as though I had 15 fps but the ticker was saying 60. again If I moved the mouse cursor slowly, no problems but as soon as I moved it very fast it would almost look to be crashing. today for whatever reason it has been bad pvp is almost impossible unless you had a high end rig to have the frames available to lose, I don't my rig can hold 60 most of the time but losing anymore then 10 frames and its gg for me. also watching streamers who have high end rigs you can see the stutter but its no way near as bad as mine. I'm using a 1050ti with mostly medium specs and before the hotfix I would lose around 10 frames after a certain amount of time but now the game is unplayable when these stutters happen.
