It's the retailers responsibility to provide you with the code(s) that you'd then redeem at https://www.bungie.net/en/User/coderedemption EDIT: Generally if it's digital, you'll get an email, and if physical, the codes are usually inside the case.

  • I contacted the store, and they say Bungie had not provided them with the content codes

  • I find that a bit odd/shady... Even then, it's the retailers responsibility to provide you the codes. Bungie does not provide codes directly to consumers when the product has been purchased from a 3rd party retailer. So, in short, the retailer should have channels to take this up with Bungie directly.

  • One more note: Make sure to check which items should be included in the package you purchased as you should get a separate code for each item. Make sure you get all the codes you are entitled to. Good luck.
